Why Three delivery options?

 

We wanted to keep the costs to a minimum for as many people as possible and we have thought long and hard about how we can give the best options to our customers without a large charge. We have looked at a number of options and this is the best one we can come up with.  Offering a reduced rate for the local area and increasing to cover costs over the wider area. 

 

The website will work out the correct shipping rate on your order once you have added your address. It will automatically show the national rate before this.

Postcodes covered in £3.50 Delivery fee

We will deliver in our own vehicles within an 8 miles radius of LS10 1AW for a small charge of £3.50

Postcodes covered in £5 Delivery fee

We will deliver in our own vehicles within a radius of 15 miles which we are able to offer delivery for a flat rate of £5.

Postcodes covered in the £7.95 Delivery fee

For the rest of the mainland UK, we will deliver via a courier Service which is charged at a rate of £7.95 and you must leave a safe location for it to be left in the courier box to allow us to arrange the delivery.

 

What happens if I choose the wrong option?

If you choose the incorrect delivery it is not an issue we will contact you and arrange to alter this with you before dispatching the goods.  If we are unable to contact you we will issue a credit note for your next delivery if it is an overpayment, However, if it is an underpayment of the delivery we will cancel the order and refund the order minus an administration fee of 2% to cover the costs.

Minimum delivery?

Please note that our minimum order of raw food for delivery is 7kg.  7kg is the minimum amount that we can guarantee to remain frozen during transit. If you order less we reserve the right to cancel the order, we will try to contact you to discuss this before we do.

 

There is no minimum weight for delivery of dry goods on courier deliveries; however, if you are only wanting a small amount it may be worth contacting us as we may be able to offer a discounted rate.

 

How long for delivery?

We aim to dispatch all orders before 12pm the same working day. We are able to offer delivery on our own transport it will be same-day delivery. Please contact us if you require this.

If being dispatched by courier it with be within 2 working days for delivery as the packages are sent out next day delivery.

What if I am not going to be in?

This is why we ask for a safe location on all deliveries.  As the nature of the product is frozen food the courier is required to leave it and not return the product.  If you are not able to provide a safe location we would be unable to arrange a delivery to you and therefore may have to cancel your order.
